October 16th is Global Cat Day, and adult film star Bella Rose has thrown her support behind global advocacy organization Alley Cat Allies, which promotes humane, non-lethal programs for cats and kittens.
Rose is asking everyone who loves our feline friends to join her in this cause by signing the online Global Cat Day Pledge. In return for their show of support, she will reward signees with a never-before-seen nude photo of the blonde southern belle.
“I was raised to believe in protecting and being kind to animals,” said Rose. “Recently, I was horrified to learn that cats are euthanized at extremely high rates — more than other shelter animals.
“Alley Cat Allies is dedicated to protecting and saving cats, and I’ve taken it upon myself to do my part to aid this group in their beautiful, humane cause. They work with grassroots groups to promote programs such as Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) which make it possible for community feral and stray cats to live full and healthy lives in their own neighborhoods, instead of being killed at a shelter.”
Now in its 30th anniversary year, Alley Cat Allies is the leader of a global movement to protect cats and kittens. The group works with lawmakers, animal shelters and advocates to change attitudes and advance lifesaving policies that best serve the interests of cats and communities. Global Cat Day was started in 2017 by Alley Cat Allies to raise awareness about non-lethal feline programs, and demand that community leaders abolish policies that result in the killing of defenseless cats; equip communities with lifesaving, humane policies like TNR; and change any policies that threaten cats’ health and safety.
“I want to encourage all my #BellasFellas to sign the Alley Cat Allies’ Global Cat Day Pledge, learn more about TNR, and support humane policies for cats,” Rose added. “I will be sending a nude pic to everyone who supports this cause via Twitter DM. And yes, obviously it will be a ‘pussy’ pic!”
