DUBLIN, Ireland – Fangate, the platform where creators sell photos and videos straight to their fans, founded by adult performer and entrepreneur Johnny Sins, today launched Fangate Chats, a tool for selling content to fans on Telegram.
Most creators today work with an agency, and that agency employs chatters: staff who answer fans’ messages and offer them content to buy. Telegram is where much of that happens. Until now the work was spread across private accounts and spreadsheets, with no shared view of who wrote to whom, what was sold and what each chatter earned.
Fangate Chats puts all of it in one place. An agency can add as many creators and staff as it runs, and the tool is included with every Fangate account at no extra charge.
The problem: the money is on Telegram, the tooling was not
Agency chat teams increasingly do their selling on Telegram, but have run that business out of a patchwork of personal accounts, spreadsheets and manual commission math. Fangate Chats consolidates it: every creator’s Telegram account lands in a single inbox, every message goes out under the creator’s name, and every sale is tracked back to the chatter who made it.
Selling inside the conversation
Chatters open the creator’s Vault directly from the chat, select photos and videos, set a price and send. The fan receives a card with a blurred preview and an unlock button in Telegram, and completes checkout in seconds by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or crypto.
Every offer carries a live status (sent, payment pending, bought or not sold), and an expired payment link can be reissued with one tap. The picker flags what a given fan has already purchased and surfaces the creator’s bestsellers.
Protecting the agency’s fan base
Chatters see only the creators they are assigned, a shift lock restricts sending to scheduled hours, and typing indicators stop two team members answering the same fan at once.
Beyond the chat itself, Fangate Chats has the functions agencies expect from a state-of-the-art professional CRM:
Fan distribution with timed escalation and caps per chatter
Shifts and payroll, calculated automatically, with automation on refunds
Fan database across all creators: lifetime value, history, tags, smart lists
Auto-messages and scripts, paused the moment a chatter takes over
Analytics per chatter, creator, funnel and selling time
Tracking links from click to first purchase
Roles and permissions, down to the lowest price a chatter may offer
Agencies connect a creator in about two minutes, using the creator’s own Telegram account. Creators see exactly what the agency can and cannot do: read and answer their fans and send paid content from their Vault, but never access their password, bank details or wallet, and never delete their chats.
Fangate Chats is live now for all Fangate agency accounts. Creators receive 87.5% of every sale, paid out every two weeks. Take a full feature tour here.
