SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (YNOT Wire) – Kink.com is proud to announce the premiere event of its newly developed Workshop Series.
Inspired by the Kink.com mission of “empowering people to explore their sexuality,” the company will now offer Bay Area locals and visitors the opportunity to attend workshops that will provide the information and encouragement to support their exploration.
“We’re extremely pleased to be able to serve as a resource for education as well as entertainment,” said Kink.com founder Peter Acworth “There are a wealth of resources in this city, and our goal is to open this up to the wider community and increase the size and scope of the kinky community.”
Each month will feature a new topic and will cater to a wide variety of experience levels. The workshops are set to begin in July with Strap-On Play 101, taught by popular Kink.com model and seasoned sex educator Rain DeGrey.
“I got into teaching sexuality workshops as a natural extension of being a sexual, kinky person,” DeGrey said. “I have always been very passionate about information and education. I want people to take away a sense of ‘Aha! I can do that.’ If one person has the courage to try something new, their sex life improves and they are a happier person as a result, then teaching was worthwhile.”
The first workshop is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 13. Reservations may be made online at ArmoryStudios.com.
Started in 1997, Kink.com was created to produce authentic experiences, foster community and empower people to explore their sexuality. For additional information, visit Kink.com or BehindKink.com.
