QUEBEC CITY, Canada – CPA platform CrakRevenue has introduced a new landing page concept representatives say double conversions over the next-best advertising option during beta testing.
Called The Porn Survey, the landing page prompts visitors to complete a 30-second questionnaire designed to gauge attitudes about adult content. Once a user has completed the four-question survey, he or she is offered a free trial membership to one of four websites. The complementary offers are chosen based on conversion rates at the moment the survey is completed.
The Porn Survey is “really the ideal landing page,” CrakRevenue Sales Director Vincent Frechette said. “It captures the interest of the visitor, engages, entices and seals the deal.
“We found that visitors actually want to complete the survey,” he continued. “If it’s a chore to them, they’re not going to do it. That’s not the case here and it makes all the difference, leading to higher affiliate commissions all-around. When promoted through a pop-under, we found that our survey performs two times better, with payouts ranging from [pay-per-lead] to [pay-per-sale].”
The survey’s official rollout took place Monday.
