The latest upgrades to the Soulkyn AI platform are “designed to make publishing content, gifting Souls, navigating hubs and managing Kyns easier,” Soulkyn’s Knox explained in a blog post published Wednesday.
“What you publish is now clearer for everyone,” Knox wrote. “Unpublished videos, music tracks and draft blog posts are no longer visible to other users on your Kyn’s page. Direct links to draft blog posts will only work for you. Your followers will receive a notification when you hit publish rather than when it’s finished rendering.”
On the gifting front, “both the sender and recipient now require an active Soulkyn AI subscription to send or receive Souls.” Any Soulkyn subscription plan will do, and Souls will never be deducted if a gift fails, the post noted.
Knox further explained that “the process of gifting Souls now provides a ‘Souls sent’ confirmation that explains exactly what happened.
“Successful gifts show the amount sent and the fee, while unsuccessful gifts get a ‘Souls not sent’ notification and a solid explanation,” Knox added. “Reasons for failed gifting include insufficient Souls, sending an amount that’s too small, gifting yourself, gifting an account that no longer exists or doesn’t have a subscription.”
The platform now offers “easier NSFW controls,” as well.
“The Image, Video, Music, Writing and Card hubs now show the NSFW setting directly in their side menus,” Knox detailed. “The menu also includes the ‘Alt+N’ shortcut reminder, making it easier to show or hide NSFW AI content.”
To ease the experience of navigating through users’ AI companions, the Soulkyn’s “My Kyns” section now includes “Male and Female filters alongside Furry, Adopted and Created. Visibility, Sort and Options have also been converted to icons.” Users simply “hover over the icon and the title will appear.”
Know also reported that “several mobile and layout improvements have also been implemented.”
“Gallery, video and music sorting now works on phones, while the Chat Settings tabs can be scrolled horizontally on desktop,” Knox explained.
Finally, the “Chat Help” button now opens the help assistant, the profile editor’s switches now remain within the preview and “deleted-video messages now display the Kyn’s name correctly instead of a placeholder.”
