SexToyCollective.com has announced the launch of a new Dildo Sculptor tool, which allows users to design custom sex toys and create an .STL file that can be used to 3D print them at home or through an online 3D printing service.

The click-and-drag interface lets you adjust the shape and size of your toy, and the FX options allow you to add waves, spirals, bumps, and bends. A “stats” box shows you the height, girth, volume, and diameter of your design, as well as as an estimated silicone cost.

The page includes tips and tricks for users who may not have designed their own dildos before. They recommend printing the design with ABS plastic, sanding it, and then making a mold, or negative, of the design.

Then you can use non-toxic, body-safe silicone to make an unlimited number of dildos from your mold. Each individual dildo takes around 4 hours to cure, and requires around $10 worth of silicone.

Once you’re happy with your design, you can either add it to the gallery of user designs, or download the .STL file for printing. If you don’t have access to a 3D printer of your own, you can use a site like 3Dhubs, which will print and mail it to you for $5-20 dollars.

The gallery is full of a variety of user submitted shapes.  They can be given likes and are sorted to have the most-liked designs at the top.  Users can also load other peoples’ shapes and improve or tweak them.

The Dildo Sculptor tool is intended to be easy to use even for people who have no previous experience with sex toy design or 3D printing. You can continue the creativity at home by experimenting with different color combinations using non-toxic pigments.
