Segpay said through the partnership, the company is “proactively expanding its resources to help merchants stay compliant and operational,” including “creating new legal policies and conducting existing policy reviews to meet new merchant requirements.”
“Through this partnership, merchants will gain access to expert legal guidance from the Silverstein Legal team, helping them to remain compliant with all card brands,” Segpay said in the announcement.

According to the announcement, Silverstein Legal will offer “tailored policy development services to help merchants implement the necessary documentation and safeguards required for banking and payment processing approval.” Under the arrangement, all existing or pending Segpay merchants will receive 10 percent off agreed-upon legal services
