VIENNA, Austria – Intimate products brand pjur participated in this year’s Porn Film Festival Vienna (PFF Vienna), which the company described as “a cultural format that deliberately engages with sexuality, physicality, and social discourse.”
The 2026 PFF Vienna was the festival’s ninth edition, running from April 16-20 in Vienna and bringing together international erotic filmmakers and a diverse audience of viewers and industry figures.
“A central element of the festival was the Award Gala on April 18, where outstanding films were honored across a total of 21 categories,” pjur noted in their statement about the festival. “In this context, pjur was visibly present and reached the winners directly through the official goodie bags, which contained a curated selection of products: pjur Back Door Moisturising, pjur Original, pjur Woman Lust, and pjur Organic Fresh. In this way, an immediate first contact with the products was created in a special and appreciative setting.”
The company added that the PFF Vienna gave pjur “targeted visibility in a cultural environment.”
“In addition to product placement, pjur gained another special form of presence: as the only advertisement in the official festival program booklet, the brand was exclusively featured in the accompanying print medium,” pjur noted. “This positioning enabled clear and attention-grabbing com-munication within a curated cultural framework.”
In the statement, pjur said PFF Vienna “sees itself as a platform that rethinks pornography as a cinematic and discursive form of expression.”
“With a focus on feminist, queer, and experimental works, the festival opens spaces for new perspectives on intimacy, desire, and human connection within an increasingly digitalized world,” the company added. “For pjur, the partnership offered the opportunity to position itself in an environment that goes beyond traditional erotic contexts. Direct engagement with filmmakers and creatives, as well as integration into cultural discourse, strengthens the perception of the brand as part of a modern understanding of intimacy and self-determination. The presence at the festival underlines pjur’s ambition to explore new contexts and actively shape the dialogue around body, closeness, and sexuality, also beyond traditional communication spaces.”
