Adult pleasure products brand Full Circle has announced the addition of Kyle Sievert and Rachael Wolfe to the company’s growing sales team, saying the hires reinforce “the company’s dedication to serving its nationwide retail clientele with top-quality support.”
According to the announcement, Sievert “joins Full Circle with 15 years of experience in the cannabis and smoke/vape sectors, bringing a strong track record of building and scaling sales organizations.”
Sievert said the move represents “a values-driven next step in his career.”
“After 15 years in the cannabis and smoke/vape sectors, I was ready for a new chapter,” Sievert said. “Professional integrity and radical honesty have been my non-negotiables, so I sought out a team that mirrored those values. Years ago, I had the privilege of being a customer of Mike Savage. When the opportunity arose to help him build a world-class sales organization, I jumped at it.”
The announcement noted that over the course of his career, Sievert “has led sales growth at every stage, from early development to national expansion, including helping scale a B2B business to $5 million in monthly revenue and supporting its successful public offering.”
“I’ve spent my career building sales engines from the ground up,” Sievert said. “I’ve lived every stage of growth — from being a ‘team of one’ to managing a national team across multiple hubs. That journey taught me exactly what it takes to generate momentum, sustain it through rapid scaling, and build a culture that lasts.”
Full Circle said Wolfe comes aboard with over 13 years of sales experience, “grounded in relationship-building and a deep understanding of customer needs.”
Wolfe said the role at Full Circle immediately resonated with her on both a personal and professional level.
“I was immediately drawn to this role because it sits at the intersection of fun, confidence and real impact,” Wolfe said. “These products aren’t just about play — they help people feel more empowered, expressive and comfortable in their own skin. Full Circle stood out right away as a company that prioritizes quality and trust.”
Wolfe added that her “people-first approach” is a key strength she brings to her new position.
“I’ve spent over 13 years in sales, and at the core of that has always been people,” Wolfe explained. “I love connecting, understanding what someone really needs, and helping them find the right solution. I’m naturally curious, a great listener, and this role feels like a very natural fit.”
Sievert and Wolfe both cited “the strength of Full Circle’s team culture as a major factor in their excitement about the company’s future,” the announcement noted.
“There is a unique energy that comes with building something great from the ground up,” Sievert said. “We aren’t just selling products; we’re building a reputation.”
Wolfe added of the Full Circle team that everyone is “incredibly supportive, welcoming and genuinely invested in each other’s success.”
“There’s a real sense of pride that comes with being part of a family-owned business,” Wolfe added. “I’m excited about the growth ahead and to be part of expanding something with so much potential.”
