Pushing the boundaries of adult entertainment, “Sex Toy Story” drops today on ERIKALUST’s adult cinema site XConfessions and follows the journey of Bootie Fem, a young butt plug, who finds itself abandoned in a bedside drawer when her mistress discovers a new lover.

As it reminisces about their past explorations and longs for her attention, Bootie Fem discovers that love has a way of finding its way back.

Also starring adult performers Leo Vice and Zaawaadi as main cast; and Krista Unverferth, Jess M, and Aria Vega as Voiceover artists who give life to the cheeky animated protagonists, “Sex Toy Story” captures the imagination with its innovative blending of real sex scenes and stop-motion.

The stop-motion part of “Sex Toy Story” was created by animation specialist Aline Romero, and it consisted of manipulating three clay-made toys through a 24-pictures per second process to create the perception of movement and interaction between the three characters, which were also designed specifically for this movie.

The combination of animation and real sex in adult movies is still a niche area of exploration within the industry. While there may have been experimental films and artistic projects that have incorporated elements of animation alongside real sex scenes, the blending of stop-motion and live-action scenes in adult movies is an unexplored path within the adult film industry.

“I started to think about the idea of this film during the pandemic when it was challenging to shoot real-life films, and we had to come up with new concepts. I watched Toy Story and couldn’t stop thinking about what an adult film would look like from a sex toy perspective. However, animation is not only expensive but takes a lot of skills, effort, and time, and we had to find the right partner to make it work and the right script to create a story that felt exciting, sexy, and fun at the same time. This film is a team effort, from the script, art, light, acting, voiceovers, editing, and sound design to the animations.
