PITTSBURGH – Changing a website’s appearance and functionality can make a big difference in consumer engagement and, consequently, in revenue.
Changing a site’s entire focus can produce even more impressive results, according to one e-tailer.
Adult Empire recently rebranded and transformed as a one-stop shop for customers that want to be informed, entertained and indulged in all things adult. In addition to expanding updating its look, the company added a pay-per-scene video option, a YouTube channel and a blog offering interviews, sex tips and adult industry news.
According to a spokesperson, the website has seen a marked increase in user membership, sales and support.
“Our ability to deliver a better experience to our customers is what we strive for,” said Director of Business Development Colin Allerton. “After 17 years in the industry, we felt the need to diversify our business and truly serve the customer in a more personal and instructive way that speaks to them as true fans of adult.”
The company’s partner program offers white-label theaters and stores.
