EDISON, N.J. – As a man who recently became a homeowner, I’m suddenly more sensitive to the concerns, needs, responsibilities and opportunities presented by property ownership. When stuff breaks, it is you who must foot the bill to get it fixed – unless you’re renting the property out to a couple snooty college kids, in which case, fuck them; they don’t need working air conditioning every summer, right?
Of course, landlords and the leases they make people sign have rules. And when tenants break the rules, there must be consequences – probably not fatal consequences though, because I’m pretty sure it’s a violation of some sort of law to administer the death penalty as punishment for the unsanctioned display of neon beer signs.
In the case of Anna Cummings and Karma Blayze, they get caught camming in their rental and “must convince their no-nonsense landlord to let them stay—by any means necessary,” as the release announcement from ChickPass for the new scene “Anna and Karma are Screwing Their Landlord” puts it.
Directed by Chickpass head honcho Logan Drake, the scene’s landlord is played by Matty Rich, who turns the girls’ lease violation into an unforgettable threesome with his unruly tenants.
