AMARGOSA VALLEY, Nev. – Down here in my home state of Arizona, we have an extremely famous tourist attraction of which we’re quite proud. You might have heard of it, or seen it advertised on a highway sign if you’ve ever driven through these parts. it’s called “The Thing.”
Wait, wait – I wasn’t thinking of The Thing, I was thinking of the other enormous tourist attraction here, the one that led us to being called “The Grand Canyon State” – the Grand Canyon itself, which I’m told will soon be renamed “Trump Canyon” to better reflect its grandeur, magnificence and prominent orange hues.
In any event, neither the Grand Canyon nor The Thing, spectacular though they may be, can hold a candle to the latest attraction to emerge in our neighboring state Nevada, however. That’s right, I’m talking about the “ultimate tourist destination,” the Alien Cathouse.
Described as a “sci-fi themed full-service world-famous legal brothel,” the Alien Cathouse website says the extraterrestrial-driven house of ill repute is on “an interstellar mission to bring erotic pleasure to the entire universe.” And where better to base your earthly operations for such a mission than the Amargosa Valley, near Area 51 in Nye County?
One of the things that makes the Alien Cathouse such a tourist attraction, of course, is that in addition to presumably having sexy ETs on the roster, it has also hosted “a bevy of adult stars,” making it a great place both to bone up on your Klingon language skills and to hook up with the likes of Aura Rose, Jenevieve Hexxx, Sheena Rheed and Naomi Korae. Other adult stars who have served as courtesans at the AC include Charlotte Satre, Kourtney Chase, Cleo Clementine, Curvy Quinn, among many others.
“We love the adult stars, because they come in as pros,” explained Alien Cathouse’s owner, Ray. “Plus, many of the clientele are already familiar with them, and they have their own fan base who would love to have a party with them. According to a statement recently issued by Alien Cathouse, the brother is “a lady’s house with one of the best reputations of any of the legal brothels in Nevada.”

The brothel also noted that multiple travel guides, including TripAdvisor, Thrillist, Afar, and Agoda, “recommend Alien Cathouse and Area 51, calling it ‘The Ultimate Alien-Themed Adventure.’” The idea of the cathouse as a tourist spot is one the brothel is actively encouraging people to adopt, Ray says.
“We would love for more people to view Alien Cathouse as a tourist destination since Area 51 is right next door and Longstreet Hotel Casino & Resort is down the street,” Ray said. “Plus, they can extend their stay by a few days with a camping trip in Death Valley. It’s a different kind of getaway but appeals to couples, singles, and groups of guys. Plus, we have chartered buses from the L.A. area and private limos we provide from Vegas to help you get here and back. It’s a definite one-of-a-kind vacay.”
