Adult Superstar and internet phenom Vicky Vette is proud to announce she has been nominated for the 3rd year running for Businesswoman of the Year by XBIZ at the upcoming the Adult Industry Executive Awards to be given out during the XBIZ Summit on Tuesday January 15 at a ceremony on the famed Sunset Strip at the Andaz Hotel in Los Angeles.
