2. I know there are lots of ways but I prefer to use the pen tool girl and the background and start setting the points.
3. Try to set the points as close to the border as you can. Don’t forget to round the edges!
4. Ok! Now press the right button and select “Make Selection”
5. Now let’s copy the selected area to the another layer. (Layer via Copy)
6. Now go to the first layer and fill it with any solid color! Let’s add a little effect. Here is the result:
