LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Adult virtual reality studio SexLikeReal (SLR) has announced the release of what the company described as a powerful new feature for their users called “Build Your Own Journey,” abbreviated as BYOJ.
According to the announcement, the new BYOJ function harnesses the power of a full video editor, enabling fans to “build their own experience using any scene” from SLR’s expansive content library. Once created, each user’s creations can be made public and shared with other users in the SLR community.
Per the announcement, the BOYJ feature’s current functions include the ability to “trim any scene down to the exact moment you want and “chain clips from multiple videos into one seamless experience.” Users can also use the tool to “branch the story,” adding choices that “jump between scenes, moments, and models.” SLR users can also use BYOJ to pause, play and loop scenes, add overlays on top of the video, including text buttons and images. Users can start with a template or build content from scratch using a “blank canvas.”
SLR users can also employ the BYOJ tool to “publish and share” their journeys publicly, build their own content libraries and “explore what the community creates.” The company also noted that “every video supports scripts, so you can enjoy them with your favorite device.”
According to the announcement, the current list of features is only the beginning for the platform’s new content-building tool.
“Later this month, the team at SLR plans to add more features, such as: multi-user mode, a whole game engine with parameters, conditions and custom logic to build unique gamified experiences, and an AI journey generation,” SLR added in the announcement.
In another statement issued earlier this week, SLR announced the release of a new VR passthrough scene starring Agatha Vega and Isa Bella, describing the beautiful duo as “proof that some pairings just work.”
“Filmed in native Passthrough, the two arrive right in your own room, and from the moment they’re there it’s clear the scene is built entirely around you,” SLR said in the announcement. “Directed by Adrian VR, the two share every kiss, touch, and moment between them, keeping you right at the center of it the whole way through.”
