That’s exactly the plot for “StepMom Dreaming”. Foreign exchange student Markus Dupree comes over for some private one-on-one with Nina, only to get caught in Julia Ann’s clutches. Markus fantasizes about having them both at the same time. Is it his imagination or is it really happening? You’ll have to watch the scene to see.
