PlugRush Announces Launch of “Automated Rules” System

Worldwide traffic network PlugRush announced today the launch of “Automated Rules,” a system designed to help advertisers save a significant amount of time by automating the process of optimizing their campaigns.

“In today’s world, saving time and being very effective at the same time is something everyone desires,” said Alexandra Praisler, Head of Sales for PlugRush. “In the digital marketing world, it is very important to have the right tools to help you get the ROI you want. Our goal was to create a tool that can be customized to their needs, by each and every advertiser and affiliate in our platform.”

PlugRush has published a detailed guide for using the Automated Rules system which covers how to create custom filters, the various criteria advertisers can use to optimize their campaigns and examples of effective ways to customize campaigns using the new tool.

The company emphasized that while all advertisers on the PlugRush network are welcome to use Automated Rules, “it only makes sense if you meet the following single requirement: you have to use conversion tracking.”

For advertisers who haven’t already set up conversion tracking, the good news is PlugRush also provides detailed information on how such tracking works, as well as how to set it up.

While the Automated Rules tool affords advertisers a great deal of flexibility in terms of the campaign customization options it offers, the tool’s biggest benefit is how much more efficient using the tool is, compared to manually adjusting campaigns on an individual basis.

“Instead of going through each campaign multiple times a day to locate the Sources that convert, to unlimit them or add them to a whitelist campaign, where you’re bidding higher, you can now create a few Custom Filters and have those do this work for you,” the company said in a statement announcing the launch of Automated Rules. “You can also have them exclude low-performing Sources, Sub-Sources, countries, browsers, OS, languages, etc.”
