In the last 6 months I’ve taken over 35,000 wild Internet photos of over 60 different women. My costs were $50 per hour, and in a three hour shoot I’ll get 4-5 photo sets. I constantly get amazed faces by my friends in the biz, and always get asked, “HOW the FUCK do you do it?”

Use networking to your advantage and other people will find models for you. Currently I have an adult strip club sending me models to shoot them for their site… which I’m helping them with at www.scarlettslive.com. My deal is I photograph their girls and the club pays me a little bit, plus the girls $50 an hour. Figure it out. I have no expensive model fees to pay, they send me an ongoing supply of new models… and hey… the girls are passing out business cards to see them on the Web to their adoring fans. My front end is tons of content for my time while getting paid a little up front. My backend is a piece of the profits from the site and from selling the content.
Get involved in the Industry with the forums for adult webmasters at webmaster resource sites. Other webmasters, even content providers, are more than willing to help you. Believe me on this. When I started this, it shocked me that my competition was willing to pitch in and give advice and help. Be part of the group and return the favor and help others. It will come back to you! Meet other Webmasters face to face. I’ve gone to various functions at Swingers Clubs where they have “Web Girl” parties. I bring some girls and meet the other webmasters. Contacts of this sort are invaluable, and we’ve set up some wild photo shoots at no cost.
My charge: free. Their charge to me: free. How do we win? They get new “girlfriends” and content for their site. I get new photos with well-known amateurs. I also get links on highly trafficked sites with strong text links to visit my sites. My costs for this networking are usually a bottle or two of booze.

Of course you have to start somewhere… recruit your first few girls. Until you have a track record, this is difficult… but persistence breaks down resistance.

Your best place is your local strip club. Your first visit, very few doormen will let you bring your portfolio in, so… cheat!!!
