Global payments provider Online IPS has announced the hiring of Suzana Velichkova as the company’s new Sales Manager, noting in the announcement that Velichkova “brings over a decade of experience in payments across diverse industries.”

Originally founded in 2007, Online IPS initially offered services only to U.S.-based merchants. Over the years, the company has steadily expanded, adding new geographic areas and services. In recent years, Online IPS has begun providing services in Latin American markets, including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Chile.
In addition to billing, Online IPS also offers risk management and consulting services. In terms of risk management, the company provides extensive data analysis, monitoring of payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud and return rates, as well as periodic site URL monitoring and “secret shopping,” through which Online IPS assesses and enhances the security of clients’ online presence, taking a proactive approach to identify vulnerabilities in their clients’ systems before they can be exploited.
The consulting services offered by Online IPS include purchase flow optimization, third-party (IPSP) processing risk management, fraud detection and prevention strategies, Bank Identification Number (BIN) auditing and a variety of merchant support services.
