The nearly two-hour film, Misha Cross Wide Open, showcases Ferrara pounding his muse in more ways than should be physically possible. Ferrara doesn’t rein in his adoration there, however. He showers Cross with other cadeaux de l’amour, as well: a Sapphic encounter with co-director Kayden Cross and an intense threesome featuring a double-penetration.
