PHILADELPHIA, PA – National A-1 Internet, owner and operator of HotMovies.com, announced this week that it has reached an agreement with one of the top producers of fetish content, CyberNetEntertainment.com (CNE).Now repackaged as Kink.com, CNE has “taken an aggressive approach to reposition itself and become more involved in the digital content delivery revolution now sweeping the Internet,” according to a press release issued by National.
According to the release, the new deal “got the green light” when National agreed to transfer its ownership of domain names, Kink.com and Kinky.com to CNE, in exchange for an exclusive two-year agreement to add CNE’s well-known fetish content to the HotMovies.com video-on-demand library.
CNE’s fetish titles have already started to crop up on HotMovies.com, and National has launched additional VOD sites earmarked for niche-specific delivery of Kink.com content. The new “fetish theme” sites include SexAndSubmissionVOD.com, MenInPainVOD.com, WaterBondageVOD.com, UltimateSurrenderVOD.com, and HogTiedVOD.com.
James Seibert, Director of Business Development for National, said he expects the deal with Kink.com to get industry’s attention.
“National never sells domain names,” said Seibert. “To give up desirable names like Kink.com and Kinky.com sounds crazy, but we view it as a major win. CyberNet Entertainment has a proven history of creating the finest in niche and fetish movies. Now that it is Kink.com,we expect to attract vast new audiences to the benefits of Pay-Per-Minute, digital content delivery.”
Siebert added that National is proud to be Kink.com’s exclusive partner in the rapidly growing VOD market, and says the company looks forward to the contribution that Kink.com will make to National’s development as “the most exciting and innovative source of pay-per-minute adult content on the Internet.”
Tony Pirelli, head of operations for Kink.com said that the deal was the result of “a very long negotiation that took a couple of months.”
“We’ve never published our material on any site other than our own,” Pirelli added, “but this works out great for us; we get the Kink.com domain, and we’re finally able to get our material [out there].”
“In fact,” Pirelli added, “I think we should have done this quite a while ago.”
