LOS ANGELES, CA – Adult superstar Julia Ann has earned Mainstream Adult Favorite for the 2017 XRCO Awards, marking the second time this year she has been honored for her work outside of the adult industry.

Julia Ann was presented the award at the annual event presented by the X-Rated Critics Organization, which was hosted by Angela White and Evan Stone on April 27, at OHM nightclub in the Hollywood/Highland Complex. She has previously won XRCO’s MILF of the Year in 2011 and 2009. She was inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame in 2012.
The adult superstar’s mainstream work had been at the center of the adult industry’s efforts last year against the anti-porn Prop. 60, resulting in wide media coverage which brought the issue and Julia Ann herself to the forefront. The proposed legislation would, among other things, offer financial incentives to any California resident to sue adult industry workers if a condom was not seen in an adult film.
