LONDON, UK – Award-winning British filmmaker Joel Van der Molen has announced he is set to debut Episode 2 of his documentary series Fans Only at the So Independent International Film Festival and Awards (SIFFA) in London. The documentary will make its global premiere at SIFFA on November 22, at the Vue Cinema, Piccadilly.
“Following the success of the award-winning Episode 1, Fans Only 2: Dreams·Fame·Desire continues to explore the complex, emotional, and often misunderstood world of adult entertainment, going beyond the glamour and controversy to reveal the real people behind the performances,” the announcement said
The documentary stars and is co-produced by adult industry veteran Tommy Gunn. Fans Only features several other prominent figures from the industry, including Brandi Love, Ana Foxxx, Mick Blue, Tanya Tate, Addyson James, Taylor Vixxen, James Bartholet and Musa Phoenix. The announcement said collectively, the adult industry professionals “share intimate insights into life behind the lens, the challenges, relationships, and humanity that define the adult industry today.”
Van de Molen said Fans Only 2 presents its audience significantly more than just a view inside the workings of the adult industry, however.
“Fans Only doesn’t just look at adult entertainment, it holds up a mirror to society itself,” Van der Molen said. “It’s about judgment, perception, and the conditioning that shapes how we see the world.”
The announcement added that the London premiere of Fans Only 2 “promises to be a night to remember, with cast appearances and stars from the adult entertainment world, red carpet photo opportunities, and an exclusive after-party,” adding that fans and media in attendance “will have the rare chance to meet the stars, celebrate independent filmmaking, and experience the latest instalment of this thought-provoking series.”
The screening will take place at 8pm, with a red carpet reception starting at 7:30. Tickets are now available through the Fans Only website.
