NEW ORLEANS, La. – Premier professional and lifestyle domination convention DomCon has announced the opening of the event’s “early bird” registration period for the convention, which runs September 29 through October 4 at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel in the city’s historic French Quarter.
Presented by Bad Dragon, Clips4Sale and Hustler Hollywood, this year’s edition of DomCon New Orleans has expanded to add an extra day to the business-to-business side of the event, which now features five days of seminars and classes for BDSM professionals.
The event will kick off with “workshops for kinky pros,” with subjects that cover legal issues, finances, health and wellness, but will also feature instruction on “new kinky techniques,” the announcement explained.
“Kinky educators and industry professionals! Submissions for our classes and workshops are now open,” said Mistress Cyan, founder and producer of DomCon. “There’s always huge demand to teach at DomCon and I recommend applying as soon as possible. Our deadline for submission is July 10, 2026.”
On Thursday evening, DomCon “rolls out the red carpet to the kinky public” as opening ceremonies kick off and the expo opens the BDSM lifestyle side for the weekend.
“I’m so excited to be hosting the red carpet at DomCon New Orleans,” said Mz Emily. “Come see me!”
Early bird registration is open until June 20, 2026. Guests can purchase the full weekend VIP package for only $135, available now through the DomCon website. The announcement also noted that vendor spaces are still available, but “tend to sell out quickly.”
Volunteers are welcome, as well. For information on volunteering at DomCon, email volunteer@domcon.com.
According to the announcement, plans are in the works for “socials, Mistress Tea, Pageant, parties, and the famous DomCon Second Line Parade.” Both DomCon New Orleans and DomCon Los Angeles (the 2026 edition of which recently wrapped up) have been nominated “Best Kink/Fetish Event” by ASN Lifestyle Magazine. Fans of the convention can vote for it to win through July 21.
