Hey there YNOT readers, it’s Antonio with another tutorial for you. Today we will discuss some matters about 3D graphics in Flash. As you know, Flash always is used as a vector graphics editor and animator. I’ll show you how to add some spice in the way of 3D-modelling in Flash. There are two main ways. First, you can draw all graphics in Flash but that’s really hard even for an experienced designer. I suggest drawing 3D in any other program for 3D graphics and then,
import it to Flash.

1. In this sample I have drawn this figure in Ulead Cool 3D.

2. Now import this file to Flash.

3. Select the image and click on the “Modify –> Trace Bitmap”

4. Trace the image with the preferences as shown upwards. You will get cool 3D graphics in Flash format ready to use and edit! That’s one of the fastest ways to get 3D images working in Flash!
