YNOT – As part of the launch of a new era for the venerable adult online industry trade show Cybernet Expo, parent company YNOT Group LLC has changed the gathering’s moniker to YNOT Summit. The move not only highlights the Houston-based parent entity’s more overt role in one of the longest running events for internet professionals, but also to represent more accurately the nature of the event.

“The Cybernet Expo name was established in 1997, and it was the perfect name at the time,” explained YNOT President and Chief Technology Officer Connor Young. “We feel it is the right time to make a clearer connection between the summer show and the YNOT brand.

“Also, while the show actually started as an ‘expo,’ it really has evolved over the years into a ‘summit,’ adapting to the preferences of the industry and our supporters,” he added.

YNOT Summit 2011 will take place June 23-25 in downtown San Francisco, the heart of America’s thriving technology industry. In addition to its usual industry leading classes, seminars and hands-on workshops, the first summit will be enhanced with new activities designed to facilitate business networking in entertaining and innovative ways.

As in previous years, a discount rate will be offered for early registration. Online registration is scheduled to open in mid‐March at the same time a completely new YNOT Summit website debuts. In the meantime, industry professionals who wish to receive updates about the gathering may add their email addresses to the mailing list by visiting YNOTSummit.com.
