NEW YORK, NY – COTR, Inc, a sexual intimacy products manufacturer and parent company of a variety of adult brands, including b-Vibe, Le Wand and The Cowgirl, announced today that the company has completed the acquisition of all assets and distribution rights for the “Together” brand, effective April 17.
“This strategic acquisition includes the full Together product lineup, existing inventories, assets, and exclusive distribution rights,” the announcement explained. “It significantly strengthens COTR’s position in the growing partnered and inclusive pleasure category, adding innovative, design-led intimacy solutions for relationship-minded adults.”
In the announcement, COTR said Together has “pioneered responsive shared pleasure with its patented Echo Function—the first consumer technology to deliver real-time vibratory feedback between partners.”
“The brand’s premium devices, including the flagship Together Couples’ Vibrator and additional products such as the Remote Control Couples Vibrator, Internal Kisses, Strapless Together, and a full range of double-ended vibrators, thrusting dildos, harness sets, and multi-stim toys, are crafted with medical-grade silicone and body-safe materials,” COTR added.
Alicia Sinclair, Founder and CEO of COTR, Inc, said the company has “long championed innovation, education, and inclusivity in sexual wellness,” adding that the acquisition of Together “perfectly aligns with our mission to normalize mindful intimacy.”
“We are excited to integrate Together’s groundbreaking technology and community-focused vision into our portfolio, expanding options for couples seeking deeper connection and presence,” Sinclair added. “This acquisition underscores our commitment to category leadership and delivering premium experiences that prioritize joy, communication, and care.”
The announcement explained that Together was founded by inventor Megan Swartz to “address unmet needs in lesbian and queer intimacy” and to “allow partners to feel each other’s arousal in real time.”
“Its core values—consent and safety, connection and presence, design and quality, innovation and leadership, inclusivity and accessibility, and education and empathy—align seamlessly with COTR’s sex-positive approach,” COTR added in the announcement.
With the acquisition now complete, COTR said the company will “integrate Together’s full inventory and assets into its global distribution network, ensuring continued availability while planning enhanced product development, broader market reach, and refreshed educational resources.”
“This move positions COTR as a clear consolidator and innovator in the premium intimacy sector,” the company added.
