TAMPA, Fla. – In the recent history of reality television, a variety of shows have cropped up which tap into the entrepreneurial spirit (or, at least, the entrepreneurial fantasies) of American viewers. Some high profile examples of such programs include ABC’s Shark Tank, CNBC’s Restaurant Startup and Oxygen’s Like A Boss.

Now, thanks to Clips4Sale founder/owner Neil, the adult entertainment industry is about to have its very own reality-style entrepreneurial project (albeit one which apparently won’t have a TV show dedicated to it) – the Pioneer with Neil Project.

“If you have an idea for a business, product, or website, Neil is ready to talk and listen,” the company said in a statement issued Wednesday. “If it’s a potentially viable venture and both parties agree, Neil will not only offer his experience, but also financial backing. Projects can be adult or mainstream in nature. Of course, both parties will sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) that is needed to protect your idea.”

For his part, Neil says he “can’t wait to see what new and exciting ideas people bring us.”

“Many people have been burned in the past when they have brought their ideas to people who didn’t have their best interest in hand – that will definitely not be the case here,” Neil said. “I have skilled programmers and tech wizards on my team and the funding to make your dreams reality. All I ask in return is to have a stake in your project, a percentage of the business that we create together.”

The process for taking part in the project seems straightforward enough. It starts with filling out the online contact form and nondisclosure agreement available here, after which “Neil and the parties involved will pick a time to discuss the idea/project and get the ball rolling.”

Will Pioneer with Neil produce a success story like Scrub Daddy? Will the project generate any post-approval courtroom drama along the lines of Sweet Ballz? Only time will tell, I suppose.

In any event, I’m sure my own proposal will raise Neil’s eyebrows a notch or two – because who wouldn’t want to bankroll a can’t-miss concept like an Alabama-based, brick and mortar porn empire?
