Adult Video News (AVN) has shared that they have inducted Jimmy James into the AVN Hall of Fame’s Executive Branch for his exceptional contributions to the executive management of adult companies and businesses.

James has held leadership roles at some of the most prominent names in the industry. For the past eight years, he has served as Chief Operating Officer of AVN Award-winning production company ATKINGDOM and AMK Empire, where he manages as a C-level executive; he has also released hundreds of titles as an Executive Producer for the company.

AVN stated that Jimmy has consistently demonstrated unparalleled talent, creativity, and dedication to the industry throughout his career within the adult industry. His journey began in the late nineteen nineties in the sex industry, and from that moment forward, his influence has only grown, transcending boundaries, and contributing to the success of many brands, studios, and companies within the business, domestically and internationally.

Recognition to the AVN Hall of Fame Executive Branch does not come easily; well-rounded nominees undergo an extensive vetting process to determine who will achieve this distinction. AVN also mentioned that Jimmy James’ contributions over the past 25+ years have not only inspired many others on the professional/corporate side of the industry but also captivated audiences and left an indelible mark on the industry, inspiring countless others to follow in his footsteps – many he has hired and mentored, including helping industry careers on both the corporate side of the business as well as providing guidance to new models, talent, and production staff within the film industry.

In addition, Jimmy James’ influence extends beyond his professional endeavors. As an activist, he has been a true ambassador for the fight against discrimination, racial advocacy, and diversity in the industry using his network and platform to effect positive change and inspire others to do the same.

Along with other honorees, Jimmy James will be officially inducted on the Las Vegas Strip during the AVN Awards ceremony on Saturday, January 27, 2024. All Hall of Fame entrants are also invited to attend a cocktail celebration in their honor at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, on the AVN Showgrounds.
