PRAGUE – YNOT Events announced today that the 11th Annual YNOT Awards, presented by Certus Finance, will take place on September 11, 2021 at the TES Affiliate Conference in Prague, marking the adult industry’s first in-person awards show to take place since the COVID-19 pandemic began forcing cancellations and postponements of in-person events back in early 2020.
“We’re super excited to get back into the swing of things and I can’t wait to see everyone at TES in Prague,” said YNOT co-owner and YNOT Awards producer Jay Kopita. “Virtual events are great and at least give us a chance to connect, but there’s just no substitution for being there – especially with a spectacular gala like the YNOT Awards.”
TES Affiliate Conferences co-owner Andreas Bischoff said his team is just as enthusiastic about the prospect of the YNOT Awards returning as an in-person event as Kopita and the YNOT crew.
“We at TES are very excited to see the YNOT Awards return in-person to Prague in September 2021,” Bischoff said. “It’s just been too long since the last industry business awards ceremony has been held in person. And its timing could not be better now that the corona numbers are finally falling drastically in Europe.”
Not to be confused with the YNOT Cam Awards, which celebrates the industry’s best cam performers and clips artists and will make its return as an in-person event in Hollywood, California in the near future, the YNOT Awards in Prague focus on business awards and are designed to recognize the industry’s leading companies and executives.
The nomination suggestion period for the YNOT Awards is now open. The official list of nominees will be released in July, followed by a voting period which will begin July 12 and run through August 13. As in previous years, only those whose adult industry membership has been vetted and verified will be permitted to vote, assuring that the YNOT Awards remain of, for and by adult industry professionals only. Additional details concerning the YNOT Awards, including the night’s schedule and hosts, will be added to the YNOT Awards website in the weeks ahead.
