The Lovense Lush Mini was recently featured by tech media outlet WIRED, in a review by the publication’s sexual health and wellness journalist, Amanda Chatel. In the article, Chatel described the device as a “nice entry for beginners,” while noting that experienced users might “want to opt for the standard Lush 4.”
“It’s a fun couples toy as much as it’s an interesting solo toy,” Chatel wrote. “But if you’re experienced in the Lovense Lush line or similar toys during partnered play, you may want to skip the Mini for the larger Lush 4 (which costs around the same). If you’re new to this arena, however, then the Mini is likely to be a good fit for you. Beginners, this baby is for you.”
Chatel noted how comfortable and well-designed the toy is, writing that the “Lush Mini felt very comfortable and good inside, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the device settled into place.”
She also hailed the device’s ability to provide dual stimulation, due to the flexible external arm that targets the clitoris.
“Although I find the greatest pleasure from clitoral stimulation, I found the most enjoyment from both the clitoral stimulation and strong G-spot vibration – especially when the two are working together,” Chatel wrote.
Beyond its performance as a pleasure device, Chatel also applauded the Lush Mini’s fast-charging capabilities, observing that the Lush Mini “takes only 40 minutes to fully charge, and you get close to four hours of playtime.”
“Should things go south mid-romp, you can get another hour of use from a quick seven-minute charge,” Chatel noted. “I strongly feel all sex toys should include a fast-charging option like this.”
