Los Angeles, CA – Wicked Sensual Care, the personal lubricant brand, has released the results from their informal Survey of Pleasure. The survey reveals interesting statistics about the participants’ sexual preferences, masturbation habits, kinks, and more.
“We’re so impressed to see the robust and diverse participation in Wicked Sensual Care’s Survey of Pleasure,” said Resident Sex Educator Jessica Drake, “It gives us insight into people’s pleasure-based needs, personal sexual preferences, masturbation habits, kinks, and more, which will help us create an even better consumer experience.”
Over 200 participants took part in this survey. They ranged from 18-71+ years in age, and included trans, polyamorous, and asexual representation. Some of the results include:
1. 35% of respondents said their sex life has “room for improvement.” This contrasts with 37.8% who stated it was “good,” and only 26.9% who shared that their sex life was “excellent.”
2. 21% of respondents masturbate daily with the majority (30.2%) falling into masturbating two to three times a week. This is in interesting comparison to the survey’s findings that 70% of people consider personal pleasure a priority.
3. 8% of respondents can have multiple orgasms.
There are also several charts including one that explores the different types of kinks people are into with BDSM leading the pack, and a breakdown of where people look for sexual answers whether it be online, through friends, or on social media.
