It’s been a year since Republicans took control of Washington, DC — and oh, how the city has changed. At least in terms of what porn our political class is searching for, that is.

In honor of today’s State of the Union address, xHamster did a deep dive to see how adult searches within the District of Columbia have changed since Trump took office a year ago.

They looked at two dozen of DC’s most popular search terms, from MILF and Daddy and to cuckold and leather, calculating the change in search volume since Obama left office and Republicans flooded in.

In DC, the term “grope” suddenly appeared in the top twenty, and “leather” dropped 78 percent. Interestingly, “grope” does not appear to be a popular search term nationwide, though “leather” is also a touch less popular (10 percent decline) with the rest of the country.

The most significant nationwide change was a 60 percent decline in searches for “teen.” Interestingly, “teen” increased 33 percent in DC.

What does it all mean? Nothing, really – but it’s interesting to look at the charts and speculate nonetheless.
