Napa, CA — Vibratex, manufacturer and sole North American importer of the iconic Magic Wand, has tapped Ken Herskovitz to lead its team as Chief Executive Officer. An industry regular, Herskovitz has been serving Vibratex as an independent consultant for more than a year, working with staff and customers on several initiatives.
A true family business, Shay Martin and her husband Dan have operated the company her parents created nearly forty years ago.
“Dan and I have spent the better part of our lives growing Vibratex. We’ve been lucky enough to build a wonderful team and earn the support of amazing customers,” Martin explained. “Ken’s experience and thoughtfulness are a perfect fit, and we look forward to working with him as the company – and our industry – continues to evolve.”
Herskovitz brings more than 25 years’ business, marketing, and management experience to Vibratex, the last 10 of which have been within sexual wellness. A familiar face to much of the industry, he’s served as Director of Marketing at East Coast News and most recently contributed to sexpert Emily Morse’s Sex with Emily podcast and media platforms. As an independent consultant, he’s also worked behind the scenes for several other brands within the market.
