Lady Olivia and Laz Fyre had such a great time with Valentina Jewels the past two times they shot with her, they couldn’t wait to have her back. And, released today, Laz and Valentina will heat up screens again with “No Pain, No Gain” on HouseOFyre. Directed by Lady Fyre, the vivacious Valentina and Laz give new meaning to personal training.

Valentina Jewels is practicing her squats when trainer Laz enters the room. While Valentina’s form is pretty perfect, he notices she has some muscle tightness. Laz has Valentina get down on all fours for some serious stretching, he pulls off her shorts and gives her a smack on her full booty. This leads to some 69 action, and Laz encourages Valentina to go low on her squats by sitting on his face. After getting a mouthful, Valentina realizes that she’s going to be sore, but her hardcore workout was well worth it.
