NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Pleasure products manufacturer Doc Johnson has upped the ante on discreet shipping with a brand-new service that delivers products right to a consumer’s door — sometimes within an hour or less.
In conjunction with Postdates, Doc’s House Calls rolled out the service in Los Angeles County earlier this week. Customers who place orders online between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. can expect same-day delivery. The service does not deliver on major holidays: 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
“Knowing that fast delivery has been a top request with Doc Johnson fans, we see a tremendous opportunity to bring the Doc Johnson experience to consumers where and when they want it most,” said Chad Braverman, Doc Johnson’s chief operating officer and creative director. “Offering home delivery in the Los Angeles area is just the beginning. We plan on rolling out this service nationwide.”
At present, Doc’s House Calls offers only the company’s most popular items, but Braverman said the company plans to expand the product selection and delivery hours after market testing.
