In this fourth entry in the series, the film unfolds when Kenzie (Kenzie Reeves) is picked up for a minor infraction. Kenzie’s sister Mimi (Kenna James), a cop, has caused many problems for reform schools in the past as an undercover agent. Now Mimi, with the help of girlfriend and district attorney Shyla Jennings, tries to determine what’s happened to her sister, while infiltrating the reform school.
