YNOT – Video Secrets has launched a new technology that allows consumers to watch up to six live webcam shows simultaneously. Called Super Voyeur, the capability addresses a market segment Video Secrets’ data analysts said has gone virtually unacknowledged — and consequently, underserved — until now.
The analytics team reviewed years of historical show activity and discovered an identifiable segment of customers were consuming only show types where they were not directly interacting with the model. These “shy” customers preferred to remain voyeurs, watching recorded sessions and participating in multi-user chats without being a focus of attention. Super Voyeur was built to address this market segment by creating a solution that provides an entertainment experience not predicated on communicating with performers.
The option is available on all live-chat sites in the VS network, including white-labeled sites.

Super Voyeur allows any customer to watch up to six simultaneous live streams from the paid shows of other customers. Streams can be added and removed using an intuitive interface. Customers pay with credits and are charged in six-second increments based on the number of streams they have open.
“From an affiliate point of view that means even more revenue with a larger pool of potential customers, since fans can choose either a fully interactive role directing their own private show or a more passive role with watching all the action unfold in front of their eyes,” Estes said.
He added that performers broadcasting on the VS network also benefit because Super Voyeur makes allows more customers to pay to watch their live performances, potentially increasing their net revenue per minute.
