PENNSAUKEN, N.J. – Spunk Lube is showing its Pride with an 8-ounce version of its best-selling Hybrid lube packaged in a special 2017 Pride commemorative pump dispenser.
The product inside is what consumers have come to expect from Spunk: a creamy-white, water-based silicone lube that’s non-staining and safe to use with all sex toy materials. The lube isn’t sticky or tacky and easily cleans up. It also reactivates with sweat or spit.
According to the company’s website, the Pride 2017 commemorative bottle was inspired by the LGBTQ community’s historical — and continuing — struggle for acceptance and equality.
“As we enter another year of Pride celebrations, we are reminded of those who paved the way for our ability to celebrate openly,” the website notes. “Spunk Lube stands strong with all people, especially our friends in the LGBTQ community.”
A portion of the proceeds from sales of the specially packaged product will be donated to Equality March for Unity and Pride, a grassroots movement devoted to “mobiliz[ing] the diverse LGBTQ+ communities to peacefully and clearly address concerns about the current political landscape and how it is contributing to the persecution and discrimination of LGBTQ+ individuals.”
