HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – Leading pleasure products manufacturer and distributor Sportsheets announced today the company has named Mark Cataldo as its new Sales and Business Development Director.
“Mark is going to be a great asset to the Sportsheets team,” said Sportsheets President Julie Stewart. “In his new role, he will be leveraging his many skills to open new business channels for us. He will be working closely with the sales and the executive team to help with future strategy and company goals.”
In a release announcing his appointment as Sales and Business Development Director, Sportsheets said Cataldo has a broad range of experience which includes time spent in money management and real estate investment.
“He has acquired many different skills from his professional experience, and these different perspectives will help us grow our current and as yet untapped markets,” the company said in its release. “Cataldo’s last position as a Managing Director and Product Development Director will help him bring a new look at current processes and possibilities for improvement in his department.”
Among the things he’s looking forward to doing in his new role, Cataldo said, is attending his first ANME show.
“It will be a great way to dive right into the industry and put faces to all the names.” Cataldo said. “I’m excited to join a team like Sportsheets, whose goal is to grow beyond their current markets.”
