YNOT – Chatsworth, Calif.-based AVN Media Network has tapped Shelly Riley as the newest member of the AVN sales staff. Riley joined the team as an account manager and event coordinator. She represents all AVN products, including the Webmaster Access and Internext trade shows.

“I’m excited to be part of the AVN family and ready to take on new challenges coming my way,” Riley said.

A five-year veteran of the adult entertainment industry, Riley previously served as events mananger for ICS Entertainment, a division of Playboy Enterprises. While in that position, she coordinated the Webmaster Access shows prior to their acquisition by AVN late last year. In addition, she managed “meet-and-greet” parties for popular webmaster forum GFY and the Playboy Special Editions Casting Calls. Prior to that, she worked for Playboy Golf as a regional manager, during which time she sold team participation spots and sponsorships.

“We are thrilled to have Shelly as the newest addition to our sales team,” AVN Director of Sales Sara Harter said. “We are confident she will be a tremendous asset as we introduce new products into our existing portfolio that includes print, online and live events.”
