SAN MARINO, Calif. – A four-year-old site operated by a 15-year-old gay studio has emerged from a remodeling job that added new features and functionality, including optimization for the mobile realm.
TopLatinDaddies.com, which re-launched as the new year began, is the first website in the Daddy Cash portfolio to be designed for both mobile and desktop viewing. Ten of the program’s 12 sites are desktop only; the 12[SUP]th[/SUP] is a standalone mobile version of a desktop destination.
Top Latin Daddies also stands out from its siblings because of its concept: The site offers both gay and straight scenes, all featuring Latino men in their 50s, 60s or 70s.
Along with the update, the site changed its financial model. Instead of strictly membership-based, Top Latin Daddies now offers consumers a choice: All-you-can-watch for a monthly fee, or download-to-own on a pay-per-view basis.
According to owner Cristian Gold, the changes are generating dividends already: Per-day revenues are up 26 percent, and per-member revenues have risen, as well.
“Many of the new customers buy a membership and also credits to own and keep the scenes they like the most,” he said.
In fact, Gold mentioned, the company has been so impressed with its new platform—developed by SiteRunner—that it plans to apply the same platform and financial strategy to all of its other websites.
Daddy Cash pays a 50-percent recurring revenue share on all sites, regardless the type.
