Shute is especially keen on sparking, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and her help will assure no customer service requests “fall through the cracks,” Brown added.

Most were added at customers’ requests, Brown said.

The growth in product lines necessitated a 35-percent increase in warehouse space, XR LLC President Ari Suss said.
