CYBERSPACE – SexSearch.com, an online adult personals service, has announced a two-week long promotion targeted at obtaining and rewarding productive affiliates. The promotion began on February 21st and will continue to run through March 7th. Affiliates will compete for prizes that range from trips for two to adult industry conventions to cash bonuses and cool tech gadgets.“We wanted to make a big push for the New Year and get some new webmasters who haven’t tried us yet to try us out,” said Raja, an Account Manager with SexSearch.com.
According to Raja, the promotion, which started yesterday, has already resulted in a noticeable spike in affiliate traffic.
“We’re giving away three iPods to the first people who send us 250 profiles, which is very, very easy to do,” said Raja.
The top prizes, however, are the trips to industry trade shows.
“The current affiliate who sends the most sign-ups wins a trip for two to their choice of adult shows, Phoenix, Montreal, Amsterdam, San Diego or Miami,” explained Raja. “The new affiliate who sends us the most sign-ups gets the same thing. Any affiliate who sends at least one sign-up gets a chance to win a trip.”
Raja also told YNOT that he will be hosting his own hour long special show on YNOT Radio on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. EST, right after The Porn Professors.
“It’s a program for dating webmasters, for those looking to get into the dating game,” explained Raja. “Dating is huge right now. It’s the big thing this year. Us and VoD, I think, are the two biggest things that are new to adult the last two years. We’re trying to help people who maybe don’t realize that they have dating traffic on how to convert it.”
