Seinfeld: ‘Tera Patrick Hates Porn Industry’

YNOT – In her new memoir, Sinner Takes All, Tera Patrick took a few pages to diss soon-to-be-ex-husband Evan Seinfeld for, she claims, choosing a porn career over her. Now Seinfeld is firing back.In an interview with the New York Post’s gossipy Page Six, heavy metal rocker-cum-professional dick Seinfeld not only pooh-poohs Patrick’s assertion that he chose performing in porn over their seven-year marriage, but also that Patrick despises the industry that still worships her star power, despite her three-year abstention from hardcore performances.

“I’m very grateful to have worked with her, but I’m disappointed in the way she’s handling things,” Seinfeld told Page Six. “While it was great that we were the ‘First Couple’ of porn, the fact is Tera hates the industry. She’s not a sexual person. We barely had sex in our own marriage. She’s desperate to break into the mainstream and just wants to generate press.

“I didn’t choose porn over her,” he added. “Our marriage had a lot of holes in it, despite what she claims. I chose freedom.”

Seinfeld, bassist for Biohazard and a regular on the late, lamented HBO drama Oz, called Patrick’s perspective about the end of their marriage insincere.

“It was a very amicable split, so this feels like a cheap shot,” he told Page Six.

Earlier this week Seinfeld announced the launch of Sinnergy, a new company he said is designed to help other celebrities monetize their names and brands. In addition to performing in adult videos and helming Teravision, the adult entertainment company he and Patrick co-founded, he also produces events for the Hell’s Kitchen strip club HeadQuarters and plans to debut his personal fan site, RockStarPornStar.com, next week.
