PATTAYA, Thailand – Scott Johnson of XXX Job Interviews is this week’s guest on the Adult Site Broker Talk podcast, show host Bruce the adult site broker announced today.
Scott says he decided to shoot porn two years ago without any experience in the industry. He started by speaking with talent agents, hiring a part-time assistant who was also a model, eventually hiring a second assistant before he began shooting content.
At first, Scott says found his models through Sexyjobs, then he began working with talent agencies and agents. As he learned the ropes, Scott wasn’t shy about asking people in the industry for help, including an attorney and accountant, as well as the late Jesse Garza, who Scott hired to help him get started.
Scott also learned more advanced photography and editing skills by hiring experts to teach him. He still works a “straight job” and does his adult work evenings and weekends.
Scott says he treats the models with the utmost respect and offers them a “white glove” experience, complete with airport pickups, and makes an assistant available to them around the clock. Scott says he’s developed a great relationship with almost every agent in the business, simply by being courteous, respectful, prompt, and professional.
“The segment with Scott was a lot of fun and very informational,” Bruce, the show host and Adult Site Broker CEO, said. “It was great to hear how an upstart site gets started in this day and age.”
