VAN NUYS, Calif. – Sara Hentcy, a 10-year veteran of the pleasure products industry, has joined manufacturer Icon Brands as sales manager.
In her new position, she will represent all Icon collections, including the best-selling Nines, Linea, Hey 19 and Falcon. Her key responsibilities will include client contact, creating distributor and retail programs, representing the company at trade shows and assisting in new-product selection.

She’s enthusiastic, has great relationships and, most importantly, really understands the market from all sides.
“There’s nothing that replaces the knowledge gained in demonstrating products in offices and at the store level,” he added. “Sara understands the whole supply chain.”
Hentcy’s resume includes stints at Impulse Novelties, Peekay and Pleasure Chest. Most recently, she served as director of sales for Impulse, where she created strong relationships with many of the industry’s key buyers. She said her extensive retail experience helps her understand what buyers want at both the distributor and retail levels.
