ENCINO, CA — Last year’s attendees of the Winter Internext likely remember the stampede that led to the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo. Those interested in finding out what all of the excitement was about can register now for access to the 2007 event, to be held on January 10 – 13th at the Sands Expo.According to Janet Gibson, show manager for Home Entertainment Events, “The 2007 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will be the best ever for industry insiders and fans. The new Wednesday to Saturday dates speak volumes about the show’s strength as a stand-alone event.”
Sponsored by Adult Video News and produced by Home Entertainment Events, this year’s event will only overlap with the general International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) during Wednesday the 10th and Thursday the 11th.
This year’s festivities will kick off with a lavish opening night party at the Venetian’s Tao, which Gibson says “is the most spectacular venue on the Strip and is incredibly convenient for attendees, as it is just steps from the Sands Expo Center.”
A limited number of tickets are available for $60 above the pre-December 9th $125 trade show registration price.
Show hours on Wednesday the 10th will allow only trade members access between 10:00am and 6:00pm, and again on Thursday from 10:00am until 2:00pm — at which time fans will be admitted until the show floor is closed at 6:00pm. On Friday, trade-only hours begin at 9:00am and end at noon, when the show is open to all until 6:00pm. The final day, Friday, will see the two groups mingling from start to finish, beginning at 9:00am and bidding a fond farewell at 5:00pm.
Companies including Adam & Eve Productions, Club Jenna, Hustler Video, Evil Angel Video Productions, JM Productions, Digital Playground, Inc., HotMovies.com, Wicked Pictures, Sin City, Private Media, Vivid Entertainment Group, and Zero Tolerance are expected to exhibit.
