SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Popular adult actress and Playboy TV Night Calls 411 hostess Nikki Nova (www.nikkinova.com) suffered serious head injuries on Friday, November 4th, while horseback riding during a location shoot.Sources close to Nova report that the uninsured performer sustained serious head trauma when her horse startled and threw her, ultimately falling on her head. After being transported by Life Flight helicopter and admitted to Scottsdale Memorial Hospital North’s Intensive Care Unit, Nova was stabilized and is being treated for a fractured skull and bleeding in three sections of her brain. Although surgery has not been performed, CT scans were being conducted every four hours during the weekend in order to chart her progress and determine whether more invasive steps will be necessary.
